1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of L83 Game and all services available through the platform, including sports betting, casino games, slot games, live casino, VIP membership and promotional offers. By creating an account, logging in or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all of these terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use any service on L83 Game. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly for any changes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open and use an L83 Game account you must meet the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. L83 Game does not permit use by anyone under this age under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and accounts opened on behalf of a third party are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information during registration including your full name, contact details and date of birth. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not already hold an active L83 Game account. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonus funds associated with them cancelled.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or immediate family member of an L83 Game employee in a role with access to platform operations, odds compilation or game management.

L83 Game reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. This may include a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. Accounts that cannot be verified within the time frame specified in the verification request may be temporarily restricted until documents are received and reviewed.

3 Account Rules

Each player is responsible for all activity that takes place under their account. You are required to keep your login credentials secure and must not share your username or password with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact support immediately.

Account balances are held in PKR. L83 Game does not charge account maintenance fees, but accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to the dormancy policy outlined in the FAQ section. Players are encouraged to check their account at least once every six months to avoid dormancy processing.

• One account per player — duplicate accounts result in suspension of all associated accounts pending review.
• Account balances cannot be transferred between players.
• L83 Game is not responsible for losses resulting from a player voluntarily sharing their login credentials with another person.
• Self-exclusion requests must be submitted through the support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on L83 Game are processed in PKR. Deposits are supported through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. These are the primary channels used by Pakistani players and are fully integrated into the platform — no currency conversion takes place at any stage.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. L83 Game does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, which are outside L83 Game's control.

• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times depend on the channel used and are typically instant for JazzCash and Easypaisa.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed verification may experience delays until the process is completed.
• Funds associated with an active bonus may not be withdrawn until the relevant wagering requirements have been met in full.
• L83 Game reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if there is a reason to review the transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

The following general bonus rules apply across all L83 Game promotions unless specifically overridden by the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household and per device unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type — sports betting bets typically contribute 100%, while some casino game categories may contribute at a lower rate. Check the individual promotion terms for the breakdown.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited at expiry if the wagering requirement has not been completed.

6 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on L83 Game covers cricket — including PSL, domestic T20 competitions and all major international fixtures involving Pakistan — as well as football, tennis, esports and other sports as available. The following rules govern all sports bets placed on the platform.

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed within the betting slip before confirmation.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or otherwise not completed according to the conditions stated in the market rules, L83 Game's settlement policy for that market will apply. For cricket, if a match is reduced by weather interruption but reaches the minimum overs threshold, it will be settled on the result.
• Live in-play betting markets may be suspended at any time during a match. Bets already confirmed before suspension remain valid unless otherwise stated in the market rules.
• L83 Game reserves the right to void bets where an obvious error in odds was published, where there is evidence of match manipulation, or where a bet was placed using information not available to the general public at the time of placement.
• Combination/accumulator bets are settled based on the outcome of all individual selections. A single void selection in an accumulator reduces it to the next lower combination.
• Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised with the support team within 72 hours of the event result being published on L83 Game.

7 Casino & Slots

Casino games and slot titles on L83 Game are provided by third-party software providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt and Play'n GO. All games use certified Random Number Generator technology. Outcomes are entirely random on every spin or hand and are not influenced by previous results, account history or stake size.

• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is set by the provider and is displayed in the game information panel. L83 Game does not adjust RTP values.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including disconnection, server error or software malfunction — the round will be settled according to the game provider's technical fault policy. Incomplete rounds that cannot be reconstructed from server logs will be voided and the stake returned.

8 VIP Programme

L83 Game's VIP programme is available to eligible players who meet the activity thresholds for each tier. VIP status is reviewed on a rolling basis and is not permanently guaranteed — tier maintenance requires continued qualifying activity within the review period.

• VIP tier allocation and the specific benefits attached to each tier are at the discretion of L83 Game and may be adjusted from time to time.
• VIP benefits including enhanced withdrawal limits, exclusive promotions and dedicated support are available to active tier members only and cease upon tier downgrade.
• VIP status cannot be transferred, gifted or sold to another player.
• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions may result in immediate VIP status removal without compensation for any benefits not yet utilised.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Suspicious betting patterns or activity consistent with fraud, match manipulation or exploitation of system errors.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated with a payment provider.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified time frame after a request has been issued.
• Confirmed use of the account by a person under the age of 18.

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request or voluntary self-exclusion, any real-money balance remaining after the settlement of open bets will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided identity verification has been completed. Bonus funds are not returned on account closure.

12 Limitation of Liability

L83 Game provides its services on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain uptime and service quality, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or events outside L83 Game's control may result in temporary unavailability.

In all cases, L83 Game's maximum liability to any player in relation to any single incident is limited to the value of the stake placed on the affected transaction, or the deposit amount involved, as applicable. L83 Game is not liable for any consequential, indirect or speculative losses.

13 Changes to These Terms

L83 Game reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via a notice on the platform or by the contact method registered to their account. The updated terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform following notification of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any remaining balance.
